I’m Börkur Reykjalín Brynjarsson — a life coach who helps men overcome stress, rebuild after burnout, and reconnect with clarity, strength, and purpose.
For years I lived in the fast lane — running ultramarathons, teaching bootcamps, and balancing high-pressure work with constant performance. I thought strength meant pushing harder.
Then burnout forced me to stop.
In the silence that followed, I began to understand that true strength isn’t about endurance — it’s about presence, balance, and awareness. It’s the kind of strength that stays calm under pressure, steady through change, and grounded in purpose.
From Firefighter to Coach
With over 25 years in demanding work environments and more than 15 years serving on the frontlines as a firefighter, I’ve seen what stress and responsibility can do — not just to the body, but to the mind.
That experience shaped my approach to coaching:

I work with men who want to slow down, reset, and rebuild their lives from a deeper place — one built on calm confidence instead of constant pressure.
Why I Coach Men
There are many spaces designed to help women grow and heal — which is beautiful — but there are far fewer places where men can pause, open up, and rebuild without judgment.
Still & Strong was created to fill that gap.
It’s a philosophy, a community, and a personal mission: helping men reconnect with what truly matters, and find their own rhythm between stillness and strength.
